Terms and conditions:

All bookings MUST be made at least 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event. Booking confirmation is subject to photographer’s availability.

Initial deposit of 30% from package price must be made within 14 days to confirm order.

Deposit is not refundable upon cancellation of package.

Changing of photography date can be made within 14 days from order confirmation. After which, date change is not allowed.

Final product is delivered within 14 days from event date.

Customers to self collect final product.

For total travelling distance exceeding 75km, additional charges for accommodation and transportation may be applied.

Brillany Photography retains all copyrights for every photo and reserves the rights to use them for promotions, exhibitions and competitions.

Brillany Photography grants the above named customer full rights to use the images for any non-commercial and lawful purposes.
